Charlotte was Imp UKorted as a foal on Weston Mary Ann in 1979 when the Weston Stud emigrated to Australia. She was sold as a yearling and went on to breed quality stock for various studs before coming to Cherrington.

Only lightly showed with success, Charlotte produced several Champions for Cherrington when covered by Mirinda Sovereign (Keston Royal Occasion Imp UK x Rotherwood Love-In-The-Mist Imp UK), notably Cherrington Sir Jason, Sir Dirk, Lady Jocelyn and Lady Juliette.

Sir Jason owned by Helen Johnston of NSW, had an Imp UKressive led career being sashed Champion Welsh B Stallion at Sydney Royal and NSW All Welsh several times over. Sir Jason also enjoyed tremendous success in the colour ring.

Sir Dirk, owned by Di Halpin of NSW, had an extremely successful ridden career claiming many ridden Champions before taking the Best Ridden Stallion award at Sydney Royal in 1999 before his well earned retirement. 

Lady Juliette enjoyed success as a yearling and years later as a dry mare, claiming Champions from both Canberra and Bathurst Royals and the NSW All Welsh. Her first foal Cherrington Sir Jacob (x Congarinni Harlequin) has been an outstanding asset for both the stud and the breed, being sashed Champion Small Show Hunter Pony at the NSW Horse of the Year show in ’05 and ’06 amongst many other awards.

Charlotte returned to Weston Park in 1998 and is producing quality to Eyarth Sama Imp UK.
