Congarinni Count Ascot joined
Cherrington in spring 2013. He was shown successfully as
a yearling colt and although he has not been extensively
used, he has produced several lovely Part-Welsh and
Riding Pony offspring.
Count Ascot is a full brother in blood to a line of
extremely successful show and producing ponies including
Cherrington Queen of Sheba, King Midas, King Cyrus and
Queen Bee. His sire, the brilliant moving Mirinda
Sovereign was a multiple Sires Rating winner. Count
Ascot is half-sister to the successful saddle mare
Cherrington Hollyhock being out of the Chamberlayne Don
Juan Imp UK daughter, Congarinni Honour.
Having long admired these lines, we are excited to see
his first foals in 2014 for Cherrington. |
